AutoPjesë Ammari partnered with me to strengthen its online presence and boost customer engagement through Meta ads. The goal was to generate message-based conversions and increase visibility among car owners in Kosovo. The Challenge
AutoPjesë Ammari wanted to increase sales inquiries and brand awareness among car owners in Kosovo and Albania but faced limited digital visibility. Previous ads reached the same audience repeatedly, leading to wasted spend and lower engagement. The challenge was to design a campaign structure that attracted new, high-intent customers while keeping the cost per conversation low and ensuring the budget was used efficiently.
The Solution
To solve the issue of repetitive reach and low efficiency, I restructured the Meta ad campaigns using audience segmentation, exclusion filters, and optimized message delivery. Each campaign was customized by car brand, ensuring personalized visuals and messaging that resonated with specific owners. I also adjusted budgets daily based on performance data, prioritizing high-performing segments and minimizing wasted spend. This approach allowed AutoPjesë Ammari to consistently attract new, interested customers at an excellent cost per conversation.
